Business Assessment: Business Assessment will identify the right things to improve, instead of directly choosing tools, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Acceleration Process (which the IP program also includes). A tool-driven approach often prevents you from optimizing your entire business operation, leading to sub-optimization, incomplete development projects and frustration. In the 3-day workshop, we will facilitate you to systematically identify the issues which will prevent you from achieving your business goals, prioritize them and choose the relevant development projects.
