Improved Profitability (IP) Program*: The IP program maximises the profitability of your business. Through regular, facilitated Leadership Team Reviews held every two months, Effective Project Teams method, and a comprehensive set of tools, such as Lean, Six Sigma, New Product Introduction, Change Acceleration Process etc., your company will engage everyone in the improvement process, which becomes a permanent way of working. The IP program also prevents formation of competing groups within the company, thus eliminating silos and sub-optimization.
